Our interview process
Here's how we interview candidates.
Step 1
Someone from our team reviews every single application and gets in touch with the profiles that seem to be a good fit.
Step 2
30 min conversation with a member of our People & Culture team where you’ll go over your most recent experience, projects that light you up, what you’re looking for, and answer any questions you may have about us.
Step 3
60 min team interview. You’ll meet with your potential team and get to know more about the day-to-day of the role and they’ll dive deeper into your hands-on experience and transferable skills.
Step 4
45-60 min leadership interview. You’ll meet with the hiring manager and talk about how you show up at work and how the team operates. This step may have a hands-on assessment built to it but it will vary from role to role. Your talent partner will let you know if that is the case during your first conversation.
Step 5
30-45 min chat with the CEO. This is a culture chat about our values, things we care about, how we walk the talk, and what you're looking for from a culture-fit perspective in your next role.
